We are looking for You
We want to give the people of Britain the opportunity to vote for candidates they can get excited about, who share the same background, experiences and vision for the future.
- You might work in business or public service
- You can be from any religion or ethnic minority
- You might live at the top of a city tower block or a farm in the country
- You might have a traditional education or relevant life experience
- You could be just starting your career or beginning retirement
What matters to us is that you care about making Britain a better place for everyone.
We know that across the UK there are people who would make great MPs but who never considered running for office because there wasn’t a party that was right for them or they weren’t sure how to make a difference.
Unlike the mainstream parties, we won’t select our candidates based on who they know, but on merit and their ability to represent those who are unrepresented in our political system.
We think the people we’re looking for tend to have a few things in common:
• Courage – we want people who are willing to stand up for their communities and be a voice for those who feel they are not being heard.
• Commitment – representing people can be hard work but we’re convinced that advocating for others will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.
• Passion – we need you to have the energy and motivation to keep fighting for what you believe in.
